The Failed WI Senate Recall Bid.

I've let the occasion of the WI Senate coup come and go.  Now the excitement has subsided, and I've collected my thoughts and sobered up.  The WI Senate ramifications as I see it:

1)  The commies were claiming this entire time that they should be judged a majority based on how many filthy commies they managed to assemble at the State Capitol for weeks on end.  I guess the idea is that if THEY could demonstrate in such numbers people would assume there were many more who sympathized.  The problem is, most regular people have jobs.  In general, people with jobs do not attend communist protests because either they are working, or they resent the fact much of what they work for is stolen to pay for the sloth and extortion the bongo-bangers defend as a "right".  The dirty bastards put more money into a mere six (6) State Senate races than was spent on the entire State for the duration of the gubernatorial election.  They came up short.

More below the fold...

Uh oh... Wisconsin Communists may take Majority in State Senate...

Oh well, we might lose the Senate.

That is too bad.

Wanna know what really sucks?  That 90% of what we wanted is already in place.  Balanced budget (well, actually a surplus in the first time within memory), the right to carry, district boundaries representative of the voters, and finally a move to equilibrate the public-sector employees with those who foot the bill.

And for all the barking, whining, and urinating this way and that like rabid baboons there are those who still do not understand that taking the State Senate by a single vote (if that does indeed happen) does not change the law.

Here's the way it works, children:  First, there's a State Assembly.  You do not control that, but it is integral to make or repeal a law.
Second, there's the Office of the Governor.  You do not control that, either.  But just for yuks, take a look at what this fool has to say on the subject:  http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/plum-line/post/exclusive-top-wisconsin-dems-increasingly-worried-that-gop-will-protect-scott-walker-from-recall/2011/03/03/gIQAEkaCMI_blog.html

I don't believe he knows what he's talking about.

Who do you believe will turn out in greater numbers for a Republican Presidential primary, my bongo-banging weirdos?  A) Bongo-banging entitlement monkeys, or B) Patriotic Wisconsin Taxpayers.   Ask yourself honestly.

And further, do you believe that the Trillion-Dollar Man will turn out your (admittedly dimwitted and easily duped) base for the 2012 election?  What will the "Hopey-Changeys" be excited about this time... Oil company loopholes and corporate jets?  Ninja puhleese.

In closing:  The law is rock solid, and poor poor babies can't do a darn thing but pay as the law specifies.

Do it for the children.

bin Laden Greased after US Coup

Pamela Geller at Atlas Shrugs has your must-read of the year.

It is clear that our limp-wristed Procrastinator-in-Chief is an even worse failure than any had claimed.

Ms. Geller's insider recounts a damning indictment of the First Golfer's haplessness and indecision in the face of an easy choice to grease Obama Osama.

Here's a taste:

At this point, the President of the United States was not informed of the engagement order – it did not originate from him, and for several hours after the order had been given and the special ops forces were preparing for action into Pakistan from their position in Afghanistan, Daley successfully kept Obama and Jarrett insulated from that order. This insulation ended at some point with an abort order that I believe originated from Valerie Jarrett’s office, and was then followed up by President Obama. This abort order was later explained as a delay due to weather conditions, but the actual conditions at that time would have been acceptable for the mission. A storm system had been in the area earlier, but was no longer an issue. Check the data yourself to confirm. Jarrett, having been caught off guard, was now scrambling to determine who had initiated the plan. She was furious, repeating the acronym “CoC” and saying it was not being followed.

We really can't be rid of this marxist nimrod soon enough.

It's Official: "Krugman" is a Punchline.

A great post at JammieWearingFool where a leftist drone cites "Nobel Prize-winning economist Paul Krugman" at a Sean Duffy town hall event. For those in need of a good laugh, well worth your time.

Winning the Future?

Here is my entry into the "Gas Pump Activism" contest unofficially started by P. Henry Saddleburr at Disrupt the Narrative

I don't know that P. Henry intended a contest, but it's a great idea, and I'm jumping in with both feet.

Here's the original post...

Do you have to take these gas prices in silence? I don’t think so.

All you have to do is download this pdf, print out a few copies and put them, along with a roll of Scotch tape, into your car.

The next time you fill up, instead of watching in horror as the dollar amount on the pump races by as the gallons trickle into your tank, affix one of these to the pump.

Take care to not cover vital information regarding safety, etc. and don’t cover any advertising.

Then drive off with a smile on your face, knowing that when the next person drives up to the pump they’ll either agree with you and be pleased to know that they’re not alone, be better informed by your message or if it’s an Obamabot, you’ll have thrown water on their circuitry and ruined their day.

/files/winning_the_future.jpg

Update: Per P. Henry Saddleburr's suggestion, I have changed the image to denote the date of inauguration of our first Marxist PresidentThanks PHS!

Update 2:  Mailing labels (1" x 25/8" self-adhesive labels) are quite nice.
I was worried about the adhesive being too strong, but Maco item ML-3000 removes fairly easily from smooth surfaces.  Here's a tag for any number of situations:

Fuck the GOP

Presented without further comment:

You have an American Family. They spend $100,000 per year, however, they only make $60,000 per year in income. They are putting $40,000 a year on credit card debt, adding to their overall credit card debt that they have been carrying. Their credit limit is $480,000 (12 times their deficit spending). They are bumping up against that credit limit this year.

The family has to cut ALL credit card spending to avoid going over their credit limit. However, this family is seriously addicted to spending, so they just don’t understand the peril they are in. They go to their financial advisory and offer to cut $1,000 in spending, leaving their credit card spending at $39,000 for the year over and above their income.

This is where we are as a nation. We are running at our credit card limit, and we are only offering to cut a sliver of our overspending.

Yes, Magical Accounting...

Liberal IdiotHere's a real gem from "Osh54901", some leftist commenting at the Crapwestern..

"I do believe that I read somewhere that Governor Doyle left the State of Wisconsin with a budget surplus, but the new Governor Walker decided to give the money to the large corporations."

Maybe you believe it, and maybe you believe in the great pumpkin as well. And I'd love to read the source, since anybody who believes such claptrap enough to publish it is clearly either writing satire or huffing gasoline. Where does somebody find such unadulterated horseshit.
The Onion isn't news, Osh54901.

If anybody making these ignorant and false claims cares enough to inform themselves, they might take a moment to read Politifact's take on the issue,

Wisconsin Commies in a Poo-Flinging Fit

DouchebagsWisconsin has been a pretty crazy place the past three weeks, and I'm not even sure at this point how to narrow down to something pithy on the spectacle... there's just so much.
Thankfully everybody I know in the meat world has been on the right page regarding the public sector union bullshit so I haven't had to tell anybody to fuck off or anything like that.  Recent polls might indicate otherwise, but anecdotally I can testify there isn't a hell of a lot of sympathy for the whining fatasses in the teacher's union from those I've bumped into.  As a matter-of-fact, Mrs. botnet works for a PEU, and despite her agnostic political tilt she's been in Governor Walker's corner throughout the entire Budget Repair Bill debacle.

I don't intend to write a book, but I have a couple thoughts on the state of events here in the Land of Cheese and Beer.

And Now... Introducing....

This is the botnet entry to the Greatest Random Album Cover of All Time contest:

Album Cover

Alameda?  As a band name, it seems almost plausible.  Sure as shit it's a far cry from my actual IRL band name "The Mainview Harmony Sisters".  Myself on Harmonica/Mandolin, Crazy Nancy on accordion, and Cranky Kathy as the dancer.

Mainview Apartments is the subsidized housing for crazy/infirm where Nancy lived at the time.

The band was hot.

Communists like trains

This past Saturday, Sloshkosh witnessed the largest collection of commies since Russ Feingold held his "Vote Early, Vote Often" rally at the Osh University campus. The caring, enlightened and smrt people of Oshkosh got together in jaw-dropping numbers. For a wonderful organization usually assembled over fair-trade coffee sniveling about "blood for oil", "Chimpy McBushitler", "evil "teabaggers"", or some other shit, this assembly was larger than Algore's mighty chakra.
-This Saturday, the protest du jour was in favor of miracle trains, and the true believers were out in full cohort. Almost twenty were on hand, worshiping at the altar of eco-sensibility before driving home alone... Almost TWENTY!

Commies

But hey, Mussolini made the trains run on time, right?

That's right, boys and girls, the Wisconsin "High-Speed" Rail project, funded with ostensibly "free" federal cash (to the tune of $810 million printed and borrowed), is the darling of Gaia's Chosen People, the secular humanist neo-marxo-communist left.

How many gentle Polar Bears will the train project save?

By itself? Fucking none, unless you count the environmental impact of businesses that will never come to be due to the ease of transporting silk-stocking lawyers between Madison and Milwaukee to fuck with the private sector.
--If you include the waste of cash, legal interference, and general frustration this project will make possible for latte libs to inflict on Wisconsin business, then this thing is a fucking MUST.

"Listen up, Foo -- the botnet wants to MARRY this train!"

Yes, the latte leftist lawyers ride BMWs or slum in the chartered Learjet high above the great unwashed as of now, but think of how much more effective the business killers could be with Wi-Fi on a "high-speed" (but not so high-speed) choo-choo! Think of the billable hours, man! Do it for the children!

Scott Walker plans to kill the project, and in so doing will kill more Poley Bears than butterfly wings in India.

Commies 2

And please bear in mind, communism is great, and we need more lawyers, and money doesn't mean a thing, and Darth Cheney, and Polar Bears.

End Global Warming!

A very interesting day indeed...

The liberal establishment is about to receive a richly-deserved curbstomp at the boots of We The People.  While the botnet typically does not endorse binge-drinking, Timothy P. Carney at the Examiner recommends a drinking game so that you may celebrate the screeching of the lib media in the comfort of your own home.

Rejoice, Liberty-loving Americans!

Despite the fact we have much heavy lifting to do in order to save this Union, we have indeed taken the first step.  Let us celebrate the awakening of proud free people, and let us stomp a mud hole in their asses.

Drink and be merry, for soon the investigations begin!!!!  Pray for Rep. Darrell Issa, and may he facecock each and every one of the corrupt bastards!

Get The Fuck Out

WOOT!

Everything hangs on Tuesday!

Remember kids, vote Democrat or the polar bears will die or some shit.

Also, we need cap'n trade or nobody will ever get a job again... EVER.  This election is about that three letter word, j-o-b-s.  Jobs.  We need cap'n trade or we won't be a global leader in the new "Green" economy.  We want to emulate, er, I dunno, Communist fucking China?  Yes, we do.

After all, Ronald Reagan hated children, so a vote for the children is a vote against Ronald Reagan, as well as jelly beans (which he liked).  A vote for Democrats is a vote to ban jellybeans, and protect most live-born children who survive their abortion.  Mostly.

And always remember after Clinton we had a surplus, (and Evil Bush, Darth Cheney, Halliburton, blood for oil, and poor poor Saddam Hussein).  That Saddam was a big-time environmentalist, by the way (and why do you have your finger up your ass?).  Gross.  That's why Darth Cheney shot Saddam in the face.  With a dead Iraqi baby.

Hey, Wisconsin... Why do you hate Polar Bears?

Dear Wisconsin;
Please vote for that communist douchebag Russ "SuperLawyer" Feingold, or the polar bears will all die. Why will the Polar Bears die, you ask?  Because Russ Feingold is all that stands betwixt the sun and the earth.  He's important, see?  And he's a maverick!

It really doesn't matter what that slimy fuck Russ Feingold does between now and his search for a "shovel-ready job", since touchdown dances for the good guys have already started.  Here's mine:

Uncle Tim

Another Gem from the Oshkosh Crapwestern

We in Sloshkosh love to laugh.  We also love to point at idiots, morons, and any other type of liberal while laughing hysterically at how stupid they are.  And that's why we love our local leftist newsrag, the Oshkosh Crapwestern.

Imagine the hilarity in the botnet house upon seeing the latest limp-wristed attempt at a hit piece titled "Republican U.S. Senate candidate Ron Johnson nets savings on prison labor"

"Public records show that Pacur Inc. and Dynamic Drinkware LLC, two companies run by Johnson, employ up to nine inmates at a time through a state Corrections Department jobs program.

Johnson's companies offer private health insurance to the regular employees at the Oshkosh factories. But Melissa Roberts, an executive assistant with the Corrections Department, said the companies don't have to cover the inmate worke rs. "The benefit is that they don't have to pay health benefits," she said."

What a bunch of horseshit.

the Republican Party Hates Polar Bears.

That's right... the cute and cuddly polar bear is going flat-out extinct because of Republicans.  Mostly Bush, but all the others too.  Damn that Bush!  There's a guy who didn't give a rat's ass about the 50 million people he freed from dictatorship, and didn't give a rat's ass about the whiny hippies all doped up blowing pot smoke-rings at code pink rallies, and didn't give a rat's ass about keeping Iran and the Norks in check.

Global Warming is no joke, kids.

Senator Ron Johnson Hates Polar Bears

Yesterday, Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) threw his hat in the ring to unseat Senator Russ "term limits" Feingold.

Congratulations, Senator Johnson.

Why run when you should have shrugged, Senator Johnson?  Why innovate and produce desirable goods and services for which others are willing to purchase with their stored labor when you could follow the lead of the Obamacare maverick Russ Feingold (Statist - Ret.)  to smother, stifle, and suffocate business and industry?  How many polar bears have you seen in Menominee Park this year, Senator Johnson"  None?  That's right.

The Polar bear is extinct in all of Oshkosh, and Senator Johnson hasn't mentioned this even once.

Nothing to see here, folks...

Hey, botnet, have you noticed that there is not a conflict of interest at the very top of the IPCC?

Wow, botnet, You are a treasure-trove of truthfully-true information!  Next you'll say it wasn't the Medeival Warm Period that drowned the dinosaurs! That seems just as true!

Well, botnet, maybe you should read about Dr R.K. Pachauri.  This guy is the arbiter of truly-true climate truth, as well as a shining example of truly altruistic benevolence.  There is clearly nooooo ulterior motive.

botnet, would you say it is most likely the dinosaurs did not drown, but they were killed when aliens mounted powerful lasers to the Thunder Lizards to ride into battle against the non-NFL Vikings who rode ancient Polar Battle Bears?

That's interesting, botnet.  It seems as if you are saying we can just create history from whole cloth.  Like we could rewrite history when it didn't fit the narrative of laser wars with dinosaurs.  (That rhymed, botnet.  You should write a haiku immediately as penance)

Yes botnet, it is quite likely as well that the Global Warmingâ„¢ Deniersâ„¢ will not admit to the the truth of alien/lasers, just as they deny Global Warmingâ„¢. We owe the Polar Bear so much as a people for saving the human race from the aliens and dinosaurs during the floods of the Medeival Warm Period.  Just in time for the fucking Little Ice Age.

End Global Warmingâ„¢!
